01 / THE EXPERIENCE

Regulate. Restore. Reset.
Purpose in every experience.

The RESET Method™ connects stress awareness, experiential recovery and practical workday habits. Each part serves one purpose: supporting the capacity, focus and resilience people need to meet everyday demands.

REGULATE / RESPOND WITH GREATER AWARENESS

Support a steadier response.

Recognize everyday stress signals and explore short, guided regulation practices. The intention is to help employees approach work demands with greater awareness and steadiness.

IN YOUR PILOT

Two 5-Minute Reset™ group sessions introduce guided regulation practices, supported by education on how stress affects the brain and body.

The RESET Method™ describes a general wellness approach. Experiences vary, and all participation is voluntary.

THE PRACTICAL DETAILS

A few things
you may be wondering.

Does everyone attend for all four hours?

The four hours describe the on-site program window. The same pilot cohort is invited to two short group resets and the education session. Individual 15-minute PEMF and grounding appointments are scheduled within the program window. We confirm the mix, available spaces and work coverage with your coordinator before booking; individual appointment capacity is agreed separately from the group cohort.

How do we include a larger or shift-based team?

The core pilot serves up to 30 employees at one workplace. For larger groups, multiple shifts or hybrid teams, the strategy call is where we agree on a workable cohort and schedule. Extra appointments, repeated sessions and additional sites are not automatically included.

What do the individual pilot sessions involve?

The pilot includes individual 15-minute PEMF (pulsed electromagnetic field) sessions and Grounding Reset™ appointments using a grounding mat. These are voluntary wellness experiences. The appointment mix, capacity, access needs and any equipment suitability considerations are confirmed before booking. Health or performance outcomes are not guaranteed.

How will we know what employees found useful?

Anonymous feedback asks about perceived stress, focus, energy and usefulness. Within five business days you receive an aggregate participation and feedback summary, followed by a 30-minute debrief. The feedback describes the pilot experience; it is not a clinical assessment or proof of business impact.

Are employees expected to buy products?

No. The Balanced Workplace Collection™ is an optional collection of Nature’s Dose wellness products and tools, offered only with employer approval. Participation and any purchases are optional, and purchases are separate from the pilot fee.

How does the pilot differ from Level 2 and training?

The four-hour pilot includes short group resets, individual 15-minute PEMF and grounding appointments, and a 15-minute physiology-of-stress educational session. Level 2 offers the combined 15-Minute Reset™ with PEMF, red light and guided breathwork as part of a separately scoped full-day experience. Stress Mastery & Resilience Training is a separate educational next step. Follow-on services are priced separately.

What happens on the strategy call?

In 30 minutes, we discuss your team priorities, cohort size, room, timing, accessibility needs and program fit. Michele then confirms an appropriate scope and price. Requesting a call does not reserve a pilot date or commit your organization to a purchase.
